Trooper Michael Proctor (Part 2)
If what I shared with you about Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor hasn't already helped you form an impression of the man in charge of the integrity of the investigation into the death of Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe, then what I am about to tell you will leave you no choice! I have no reservations in suggesting that he should never be allowed to possess a firearm in any state in the USA, and should never be referred to, in any way, as a law enforcement officer again! I have no reservations in suggesting that this piece of shit should do 10+ years in prison! NO RESERVATIONS!
Please remember that this is the lead investigator in the death of Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe. He was the lead investigator into the Brian Walsh case that drew extensive media attention in the years following the Karen Read investigation. He has acknowledged that he has investigated hundreds of homicides in Massachusetts.
The 23rd day of the Karen Read trial began right where the 22nd left off, with the continued demolition of the life of lead investigator Trooper Proctor by defense attorney Alan Jackson. Mr. Jackson has put on a clinic thus far on cross examination that any attorney in the US should familiarize themselves with. The life of Michael Proctor, as he or his immediate family once knew it, is completely over! It has been a beautiful thing to watch.
Mr. Jackson questioned Trooper Proctor about text messages he shared with his high school friends on January 29th, 2022, the day the victim was found on the lawn of Boston Police Officer Brian Albert. In those text messages Trooper Proctor was asked if Brian Albert had anything to worry about in regards to charges related to the potential investigation. Mr. Proctor's response was, "Nope." He was asked to elaborate and he responded by saying, "He has nothing to worry about! She is a wack job CUNT." He was asked by his friends, "Is she hot at least?" His response was, "She's a babe! Weird Fall River Accent though, no ass." Again, this is the lead investigator from the Massachusetts State Police, the man in charge of the "integrity" of the investigation. This is 17 hours into this investigation! The lead investigator!
At one point during the text thread from January 29, 2022, one of Mr. Proctor's friends says, "She skates." Mr. Proctor's response was, "Zero chance she skates. She's fucked." THIS IS 17 HOURS AFTER THE VICTIM WAS FOUND BEFORE ANY REAL INVESTIGATION HAD BEEN CONDUCTED!!!!!! Mr. Proctor's friend responded by saying, "Good! No ass bitch!" The ever professional Trooper Proctor responded by saying, "Lol."
Some time on February 22, 2022, one of Mr. Proctor's friends asked, "Is that chick a smoke?" The diligent investigator that Mr. Proctor is replied, "Eh. She has a leaky balloon not. She leaks poo." Mr. Proctor goes on to say that, "He knew that Brian Albert had nothing to do with the death of John O'Keefe." He had not been to the crime scene at this point, 17 hours after the crime. He then goes on to say "She waffled him." He was asked what that meant, he replied, "He was banged up." He had only interviewed three people at this point and had not been to the crime scene. Proctor goes on to say that he believed "initially thought the victim had been in a physical altercation with a female cop, after consulting with Canton Paramedics. Eventually Mr. Proctor goes on to say, "She hit him with her car." A friend responds, "That's fucked up." Mr. Proctor then responds, "Intentional or not." The friend then asks, "She hit him when he was frozen in the snow?" Mr. Proctor responds, 17 hours into the investigation, "That is another animal we will not be able to prove."
At one point during testimony, Attorney Jackson is questioning Mr. Proctor about his conversations with the medical examiner and other troopers in a group thread. The medical examiner ruled the manner of death to be "undetermined." Mr. Proctor's response to texts with other troopers concerning this topic was,"Of course it's undetermined, she (the medical examiner) was a wack job." Mr. Jackson went on to ask Mr. Proctor how many murder investigations he had investigated where the manner of death was undetermined. His response was, "I can't put a number on it." Mr. Jackson reminded Mr. Proctor of his testimony at a Federal Grand Jury earlier this year where his testimony was, "I had never seen it before."
There were several points during the testimony of Michael Proctor where I kept thinking to myself we would not be hear right now if this ass clown had done a proper investigation. Karen Read would not have had to spend millions on one of the best defense teams I have encountered in my lifetime. Someone at 34 Fairview would be in custody facing first degree murder charges, and it would not be Karen Read. It all comes down to Michael Proctor.
